After a bloody war that created chaos in the general public, governments around the world resort to a more cunning tactic to achieve their remaining goals - a war that is carried out in secret. Lily is a beautiful girl with white braided hair, a student at one of several institutions that train young people to become skilled and efficient spies. Unfortunately, despite her excellent grades in theory, Lily's scores in practice are barely passing. Due to her lack of acceptable operational experience, she loses hope of graduating until she is offered the opportunity to join a mysterious team called Tomoshiibi and participate in a mission that appears impossible to accomplish. Lily, who is thrilled by the prospect of working with experienced and elite individuals, eagerly accepts this offer. However, when she arrives at Kaguro Castle and discovers the main objectives of Tomoshiibi, she realizes she has been placed in a hopeless situation. Lily, accompanied by a series of problematic spies and a group of young men who are at the forefront of this operation, realizes that this operation is not the ideal escape and adventure she had in mind.
